We are not a “lead generator” that charges per lead, sends fake jobs, and then disappears. We build long-term working relationships with cleaners, handymen, HVAC techs, plumbers, lawn crews, and other residential service professionals who want consistent work, clear expectations, and fast payment.

Because many vendors already work directly with homeowners, we also offer a homeowner referral program. Approved vendors can earn per referred property when they connect owners with STRatus Stays.

How the STRatus Referral Program Works

Our referral system is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair. Every time you refer a property owner who signs on with STRatus Stays, you earn a payout based on the size and earning potential of the home. Larger homes generate more revenue and require more operational support, so they qualify for higher referral rewards.

You can refer as many properties as you want. There are no limits, no quotas, and no requirements beyond submitting your referral and ensuring the owner knows we will be reaching out.

When you join the STRatus Referral Program you will receive your custom referral code
This is unique to you and tied to your name in our system. Whenever a host enters this code on our referral form, the referral is automatically assigned to you.

You can refer unlimited hosts. There is no cap and no sales requirement. Your only responsibility is sharing your code or link — STRatus handles all outreach, onboarding, evaluation, and activation.

Once a referred property signs up and becomes active in the STRatus portfolio, your payout is distributed based on the tier explained below, split into milestone payments at 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, and 180 days.

Note: Total referral payouts are capped and paid only from a fixed percentage of STRatus management fees collected from each property over the billing period.

Referral payouts are funded only from STRatus fees collected from the property. In any given month, payouts are capped at up to 30% of STRatus revenue from that home, with unused amounts rolling forward until the total referral cap is reached or the 6-month period ends.
