STRatus Stays Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the STRatus Stays Referral Program ("Program"). By enrolling in the Program, submitting referrals, or distributing your referral code or link, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. These Terms are current as of the date you are viewing them.
STRatus Stays ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time as described herein.
1. Eligibility to Participate
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to receive referral compensation.
- Participation is voluntary and does not create any employment, contractor, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship with STRatus Stays.
- STRatus Stays may approve, deny, or remove a participant at its sole discretion for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.
2. Definition of a Qualified Referral
A "Qualified Referral" is a property owner ("Host") who meets all of the following conditions:
- The Host is not currently working with STRatus Stays, has not previously contacted STRatus Stays, and has not been previously referred by another participant. Referral credit is granted on a first-submitted basis.
- The Host submits their information through:
- the participant’s referral link,
- the participant’s referral code, or
- a manual submission approved and tagged by STRatus Stays.
- The Host signs an STRatus Stays service agreement for STR operations.
- The Host completes onboarding and the property becomes actively managed by STRatus Stays.
- The property remains active and in good standing during each payout milestone (30, 90, 120, 180 days).
- STRatus Stays retains sole authority to determine whether a property qualifies for onboarding, including operational viability, safety standards, and platform compliance.
3. Property Tier Classification
- Referral bonuses for STRatus Pro are based on our tier system:
- Tier 1: Studio or 1-bedroom homes
- Tier 2: 2–3 bedroom homes
- Tier 3: 4+ bedroom homes
- Tier 4: Premium or luxury STRs
- STRatus Stays retains exclusive discretion to classify a property into any tier. Factors may include bedroom count, size, amenities, location, finish level, operational complexity, and market conditions.
- STRatus Stays may reclassify a property’s tier at any time before issuance of a referral payout.
- Certain properties may be deemed ineligible for all tiers.
4. Referral Payout Structure
4.1 STRatus Pro Properties
The referral payout schedule below applies to properties enrolled in STRatus Pro.

4.2 STRatus Clean and STRatus Boost Properties
Referral bonuses for STRatus Boost are capped at up to $300 total per property.
4.3 Milestones
Payments are issued at approximately 30, 90, 120, and 180 active service days.
4.4 Forfeiture
If a Host cancels, pauses service, or becomes non-active before a milestone is reached, remaining payouts are forfeited. If a property switches from Pro to Boost, STRatus Stays may adjust remaining payouts to comply with the Boost cap.
4.5 Right to Withhold
STRatus Stays may withhold payouts for misrepresentation, fraud, duplicate referrals, incomplete information, failed onboarding, or property suspension.
5. Payment Methods
- Approved payout methods include ACH, PayPal, Venmo, or others designated by STRatus Stays.
- Referrers may need to verify identity or submit IRS tax forms (e.g., W-9).
- STRatus is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect information or third-party processors.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Misrepresenting STRatus Stays services.
- Submitting false, duplicate, or fabricated referrals.
- Using spam or deceptive outreach methods.
- Referring oneself without written approval.
- Manipulating property tier classification.
- Using referral codes in paid ads without permission.
7. Right to Audit
STRatus Stays may request documentation, verify referral origins with the Host, investigate fraud, or suspend payouts pending review.
8. Program Changes and Termination
STRatus Stays may modify or terminate the Program at any time. Changes do not affect payouts already earned through completed milestones.
9. Limitation of Liability
STRatus Stays is not liable for lost earnings, delays, disqualifications, technical failures, or any indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to referral amounts owed for Qualified Referrals.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must be addressed through written communication. Unresolved matters will be handled through binding arbitration in Texas, individually and not as part of any class action.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Texas law.

By submitting or sharing referrals, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
